Please note that openings for Katie’s February schedule is now available for booking. Katie’s March schedule will be released on Friday, January 30th 2026 at 12pm. If you are unable to book in for a physiotherapy session, please consider booking with Catherine for PTA guided sessions.
If you are interested in seeing Katie for an initial assessment and Catherine for follow ups (4 sessions) model, please email info@embodiedphysiopilates.com and we can help get you started on booking in. We are able to book your assessment in 1-3 weeks time depending on your availability.
Katie is booking new 1:1 clients at the moment, when you select an Initial Assessment from the left side panel Janeapp will show you what times Katie has available for new assessments. If the times do not work with your schedule, you can email us at info@embodiedphysiopilates.com and we can help prebook you in the months ahead at a time that better suits your schedule.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy has is a conjunction of multiple modalities, meaning a variety of treatment options will come up in a session. Physiotherapy always starts with an assessment, this allows a practitioner to gain knowledge and awareness of injuries at play, and understand current movement patterns. A diagnosis can be made if required, and then a plan is created to assist the client moving towards their goals.
Modalities at Embodied includes: Exercise, Education about your condition and guidelines of exercises/movements/activities that are safe, Manual therapy (joint mobilizations and manipulations with consent), taping, massage techniques and fascial release.
Clinical Pilates with a Pilates instructor under the license of Katie Evans (Collaborative Care sessions)
Clinical Pilates as directed by Katie Evans. Clients must first have an assessment with Katie and have follow ups every 4 sessions to ensure exercise plan is tailored to them and their evolving injuries/ level of activities. Most plans do cover this under physiotherapy, please connect with your plan prior to a session so you can ensure you receive coverage for your appointments. Our Clinical Pilates instructors will assist clients in their programs as created by their physiotherapist.
Clinical Pilates Private Pay
For Clients that see Catherine, our Clinical Pilates Instructor and are paying privately for this service. Please note this service is not covered under extended medical.

Class Offerings: Chronic Pain Management & Open Gym
We offer a variety of classes to support your movement and rehabilitation journey, whether you are managing chronic pain or looking for a space to explore movement at your own pace.
Moving with Chronic Pain (MWCP)
Wednesdays at 6:00 pm | In-Person | Vancouver, BC
Our MWCP class provides a calm, supportive environment for individuals with chronic pain. We focus on gentle movement, pacing strategies, and the use of props to safely explore different positions. The class often uses lower lighting for a relaxed end-of-day atmosphere. Most exercises are done on the ground, with some standing movements included to build strength and balance. Please bring your own yoga mat and be able to get up and down from the floor independently—moving slowly is perfectly okay.
Restore in 30
Fridays at 12:45 pm | Online | 30 Minutes
This 30-minute online class is perfect if you find longer sessions challenging or if you prefer participating from home. Restore in 30 focuses on somatic tracking, breathwork, and self-facilitation exercises to help you connect with your body and find comfort in movement. Join us live from anywhere with an internet connection.
Open Gym
Mondays at 10am | In-Person | Vancouver, BC
Our Open Gym sessions offer a flexible space to practice movement and exercises at your own pace. You'll have access to equipment and Catherine who can provide guidance, answer questions, and offer support as needed. Open Gym is ideal if you want to build strength, flexibility and continue working on your rehabilitation exercises.
All classes are designed to meet you where you are, providing options and support to help you move with greater comfort and function.
